Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Direct Sales Representative for cleanroom and controlled-environment solutions. This remote/hybrid role targets pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences and advanced manufacturing customers with a technical sales approach.

You will own territory development, manage the full sales cycle from engagement to close, and collaborate with engineering teams to tailor high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences industries is a plus.
• Strong technical and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to generate new business.
• Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with end users, contractors, EPCs, architects, engineers and consultants.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to close.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop solutions.
