Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking two experienced Direct Sales Representatives to drive new business in cleanroom and controlled-environment solutions. This remote/hybrid role targets pharma, biotech, life sciences and advanced manufacturing markets with a strong technical and consultative selling approach.

You will own territory development, manage complex sales cycles, and build relationships with engineers, contractors, and senior stakeholders, while contributing to revenue growth and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong technical and consultative selling skills.
• Experience managing complex, project-based sales cycles.
• Established network within the cleanroom or life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to win new business.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with end users, contractors, EPCs, engineers and consultants.
• Maintain CRM, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Attend industry events and product demonstrations.
