Job summary

Wella Company is seeking a Direct Sales Account Manager for the South Boston/Rhode Island region. This remote role focuses on growing mid-to-top tier salons by leveraging the Wella Color Portfolio and retail lines, while maintaining existing customers.

You will expand market share across Wella, Sebastian, Nioxin, Briogeo, ghd and OPI. Daily calls and territory planning are essential to success, with travel as needed and a driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in a related field (or equivalent business experience).
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Digitally savvy with proficient MS Office tools; PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets for the territory and brands.
• Profile and convert key salons/spas into customers.
• Develop profitable salon partnerships and strategic plans.
• Report and forecast monthly sales, promotions, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with manager and cross-functional teams to execute plans.
