Job summary

Operation Smile, Inc. is seeking a Direct Response Fundraising Manager to lead multichannel donor acquisition campaigns across DRTV, direct mail, face-to-face fundraising, and digital channels.

The role partners with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure campaigns run on schedule, on budget, and with donor-centered messaging. You will coordinate calendars, review creative, and support Spanish-language materials, analytics, and reporting to drive revenue and donor engagement throughout

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of donor acquisition, cultivation, retention, and reactivation.
• Experience withfundraising platforms preferred.
• Spanish-language proficiency and fundraising/agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of multichannel donor acquisition campaigns across direct mail, DRTV, telemarketing, face-to-face fundraising and select digital channels.
• Serve as primary liaison with fundraising agencies, vendors, and internal partners to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain integrated campaign calendars, plans, status reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
• Participate in agency status meetings, track decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate routing, review, and approval of concept presentations, copy, creative, scripts, files, proofs and quality control.
• Review campaign materials for accuracy, brand alignment, donor focus, and consistency.
• Support Spanish-language fundraising materials with bilingual stakeholders and agencies.
• Work with Data and Analytics for audience selection, segmentation, coding, data requests, and QC.
• Develop presentations, campaign recaps, business reviews and annual plans.
• Monitor performance and summarize results, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing & Communications, Donor Care and Data & Analytics.
• Maintain organized campaign files, samples, SOPs, and historical results.
• Stay informed about DR fundraising trends and agency capabilities.
• Support peak fundraising periods and special projects to increase revenue and donor engagement.
• Support SMS and MMS fundraising campaigns, reviewing audience selection, copy and URLs.
• Plan and execute test tactics and upper-funnel audience-growth initiatives.
• Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and forecasts; escalate variances.
