Job summary

Truly Free Home is seeking a performance-obsessed Direct Response Copywriter who writes conversion-driven copy for paid media, email/SMS, landing pages, and funnels. You will own messaging, test variations, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

For 5–6 months you’ll also support blog and SEO content as we expand organic reach, while the primary focus remains direct response performance. This is a remote role that blends creative strategy with revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct response copywriting experience
• Proven track record of writing copy that drives measurable results
• Deep understanding of customer psychology and buyer intent
• Offers, hooks, and urgency in messaging
• Experience with paid social and lifecycle marketing ecosystems
• Collaboration with paid media, creative, or growth teams

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize conversion-driven copy across email, SMS, landing pages, product pages, and funnels
• Develop high-performing hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks
• Partner with creative and media teams to concept and iterate ad creative
• Continuously test variations to improve KPIs
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into new copy directions
• Support blog content aligned with SEO and brand goals (5–6 months)
• Translate customer insights into educational, conversion-aware content
• Maintain voice consistency across channels
