Job summary

Production Solutions, a Moore Company, is seeking an Account Manager for Direct Mail with a remote work opportunity. You will own client projects from inception to delivery, taking full ownership of engagements and navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage campaigns from source documents through final mailings, and ensure accuracy, budget adherence, and on-time delivery while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in direct mail industry terminology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with data processing, pricing, billing, and postage reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Manage production and direct mail campaigns from inception to mailing and delivery.
• Follow SOPs, QC procedures, and use checklists and processes.
• Translate client requirements into actionable communications with end-users.
• Conduct bidding, procurement, price negotiations, and budgeting.
• Review mailplans and source documents to write data processing specs and mailshop instructions.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and coordinate with clients, teams, and suppliers.
• Perform multistage QC, proofs, data processing, editing, and checks.
• Handle artwork, proofs, change orders, and maintain documentation.
• Monitor mailing progress using proprietary metrics and USPS contacts.
• Analyze data and mailing for efficiency and cost savings; negotiate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with management and vendors to troubleshoot and devise solutions.
• Coordinate billing and postage reconciliation; cross-train teammates.
