Job summary

Production Solutions, a Moore Company, is seeking a project-driven professional to own direct mail engagements from start to finish. You will anticipate client needs, manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, and ensure precise, timely delivery of campaigns.

You will join a remote team rooted in collaboration, with support from leadership to develop solutions, optimize processes, and grow professionally within a leading CXM organization serving education, associations, political, and commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in the direct mail industry and understanding of terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with partners/vendors.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours when needed.
• Proficiency with database systems and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Manage production efforts and drive direct mail campaigns from inception to delivery.
• Follow SOPs, QC procedures, and use checklists to ensure quality.
• Ensure client requirements translate into actionable communications for end users.
• Coordinate bids, procurement, and budgeting for projects.
• Review mailplan and source documents to write data processing specs and mailshop instructions.
• Manage schedules and deadlines with clients and internal/external teams.
• Perform multistage QC, proofs, data processing, and proofreading checks.
• Update all project documents across departments and vendors promptly.
• Monitor mailing progress using proprietary metrics and USPS contacts.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs; negotiate pricing when possible.
• Troubleshoot issues with management and vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
• Oversee billing and postage reconciliation for accurate final invoices.
• Cross-train other accounts to cover leaves.
