Qualifications

• At least six years of experience in real estate, title research, or land transaction management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with GIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support land and title diligence for forest carbon projects.
• Report to the Senior Diligence Coordinator and collaborate with sales, legal, forestry, and operations teams.
• Obtain and review title reports, deeds, easements, mortgages, liens, and other encumbrances.
• Research ownership structures, chain of title, and parcel identifiers using GIS and county records.
• Prepare structured diligence reports and maintain organized records in Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
