Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Project Manager for a non-profit focused on social impact. You will lead community development initiatives across education, healthcare access, economic empowerment, and infrastructure, all from a fully remote setup.

In this role, you will plan, execute, and complete projects, coordinate with volunteers and partner organizations, manage budgets, and report impact to donors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 4+ years in project management, with a focus on community development or social impact.
• Experience managing remote projects and collaborating with volunteers.
• Strong understanding of community development principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with diverse groups.
• Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and virtual tools.
• Grant writing or fundraising experience is a plus.
• Genuine passion for social justice and community empowerment.
• Reliable internet access and dedicated home workspace.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full lifecycle of community development projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans with objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, local leaders, and partner organizations for alignment.
• Oversee implementation, monitor progress, and address challenges.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and accountability.
• Facilitate remote collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and impact assessments for donors.
• Coordinate volunteer engagement for project activities.
• Ensure project outcomes contribute to the organization's mission and goals.
