Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Colorado to support a major digital transformation rollout. You will coordinate across readiness, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring data readiness and seamless rollout execution.

Work with the Program Lead, franchise owners, and Data, Product, and technical teams to prepare each franchise for a successful launch. This remote role follows EST hours with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of PM experience in tech implementations.
• Strong planning, analytical, and executive-status reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout plans from readiness through go-live and post-launch support.
• Maintain readiness checklists, dependencies, data validation, owners, and due dates.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and delays, and escalate to program leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and provide status updates.
• Coordinate training activities and go-live logistics.
