Job summary

Colabmo, LLC. is seeking a remote 1099 independent contractor to support a Colabmo client with distributed digital signage. This role focuses on troubleshooting, application support for Sedna and TeamViewer, and managing signage players.

Based in the United States, you will coordinate with vendors and property contacts, maintain system health, and help document procedures while potential to move to full-time.

Qualifications

• Based in the United States.
• Reliable communication during agreed support windows.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Careful handling of credentials, licenses and access procedures.
• Familiarity with Sedna and TeamViewer in remote-support environments.
• Experience with signage players, AV systems or digital displays.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting for critical digital-signage issues and coordinate escalations across signs and regions.
• Support Sedna, TeamViewer, Apple/macOS-based players and related infrastructure.
• Review player status, licenses, access procedures, content deployment and system health.
• Improve documentation, support procedures, outage response and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with Colabmo, the client, vendors and property contacts when needed.
