This remote role supports a Colabmo client with a distributed network of public-facing digital advertising displays. Candidates must be based in the United States. The client will not be publicly identified at this stage; additional details will be shared with qualified candidates during screening.
Support high-value signage locations, complex troubleshooting and network-wide issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting for critical digital-signage issues and coordinate escalations across signs and regions.
- Support Sedna, TeamViewer, Apple/macOS-based players and related infrastructure.
- Review player status, licenses, access procedures, content deployment and system health.
- Improve documentation, support procedures, outage response and escalation paths.
- Coordinate with Colabmo, the client, vendors and property contacts when needed.
- Sedna or similar digital-signage platforms.
- TeamViewer or similar remote-support tools.
- Mac mini and other Apple/macOS signage players.
- Windows, Linux, networking, AV systems or commercial displays.
- Distributed digital out-of-home advertising, kiosk, media-player or video-wall environments.
Requirements
- Based in the United States.
- Reliable communication and availability during agreed support windows.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
- Careful handling of credentials, licenses, access procedures and system documentation.
- Willingness to follow defined support, access-control and escalation procedures.
- Sedna and TeamViewer in managed remote-support environments.
- Apple/macOS signage players, commercial displays, AV systems, kiosks, video walls or media players.
- HDMI, DisplayPort, 4K playback, resolution settings and signal troubleshooting.
- Content scheduling, playlist management, campaign deployment, proof-of-playback reports or player logs.
- Basic scripting, Windows, macOS or Linux administration, or Raspberry Pi experience.
