FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a Visual Solutions Consultant to partner with businesses across Fairfield County, CT, translating visions into multi-sign solutions from napkin sketch to final installation.

You'll audit client needs, sketch concepts, guide the graphic design team, and manage estimates and orders using CoreBridge, while developing local relationships and revenue.

This remote-first role requires residency in Fairfield County with occasional on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Sign industry expertise and installation knowledge.
• Ability to sketch or diagram ideas quickly.
• Strong self-management and remote-work discipline.
• Must live in or near Fairfield County, CT for meetings and site surveys.

Responsibilities

• Holistic consulting with business owners, facility managers, and architects to audit visual needs and propose multi-sign solutions.
• Translate client visions into actionable concepts and guide production proofs.
• Conduct site surveys for precise measurements, mounting surfaces, and installation requirements.
• Build and maintain local relationships, nurture warm leads, and drive revenue in the region.
• Manage estimates, sales orders, and client communication using CoreBridge.
