Responsibilities

• Monitor signage players across multiple locations.
• Use TeamViewer or similar tools for remote access and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with Sedna playlists, schedules, calendars, content deployment and player monitoring.
• Document player hardware, software versions, operating systems, locations, licenses, access procedures and support notes.
• Identify offline players, playback issues, display problems, scheduling errors and network interruptions.
• Escalate complex or high-value issues to the senior support lead or Colabmo.
• TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop, VNC, Apple Remote Desktop or similar tools.
• Comfort with Apple/macOS, Windows, Linux or small-format media players.
• Basic networking knowledge, including IP addresses, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, routers, firewalls, VPNs and internet connectivity.
• Strong documentation habits, reliable follow-through and willingness to learn Sedna and digital-signage operations.

This remote role supports a Colabmo client with a distributed network of public-facing digital advertising displays. Candidates must be based in the United States.
