Job summary

Majesco is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for Retirement & Pension in the United States. You’ll drive front-end pipeline for Retirement & Pension accounts, engaging buyers across multiple functions and turning outbound and inbound activity into qualified opportunities in Salesforce.

You will partner with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing and Operations to optimize campaigns, account coverage and messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in sales development, digital sales, inside sales or related B2B role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software or insurtech preferred.
• Proven success in account research, outbound prospecting and lead conversion.
• Experience using Salesforce and sales-engagement/marketing-automation tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Own front-end of new-logo pipeline for Retirement & Pension accounts and campaigns.
• Identify decision-makers across executive, retirement, pension, benefits and tech.
• Build multi-channel prospecting plays via email, phone, LinkedIn and events.
• Convert inbound leads into qualified conversations, meetings and Salesforce opportunities.
• Conduct discovery to understand needs, timing, stakeholders and next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Gen to improve messaging and pipeline.
