Qualifications

• Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas preferred.
• SIE/FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing a plus; licensed within 45 days considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies.
• Meet daily targets for dials, talk-time, and appointments.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients and maintain credible professional presence.
