Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to accelerate adoption and utilization of the My Intuitive+ digital portfolio across assigned accounts. You will work closely with surgeons and hospital leadership to understand needs and align digital solutions with clinical goals, acting as a trusted advisor across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical field.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with clinical, marketing and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to drive awareness, adoption, utilization, and growth of Intuitive's digital portfolio.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales, adoption, and utilization objectives.
• Maintain a pipeline and manage all stages of the sales process.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Consult with surgeons and hospital leadership to align digital solutions with clinical and operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies.
• Drive product adoption through education, onboarding, and training.
• Support regional and national marketing initiatives and events.
