Intuitive is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, accelerating adoption of our digital ecosystem and expanding customer engagement with My Intuitive+ and the daVinci platform. You will drive strategic growth, coach top sales talent, and partner cross-functionally to impact surgical education and patient outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years in sales with 2+ years in medical sales leadership, plus strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and travel flexibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in medical sales leadership.
• Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.
• Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.
• Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
