Intuitive Surgical, Inc. seeks a Digital Sales Representative to accelerate adoption and value realization of our digital ecosystem.

You will partner with surgeons and healthcare organizations to expand the footprint of My Intuitive+ and other digital offerings, delivering consultative sales support and successful implementation. This remote role requires 3+ years in medical sales, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the medical field.
• Ability to work independently remotely with some in person sales activities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to drive awareness, adoption, utilization, and growth of Intuitive's digital portfolio.
• Consult with surgeons and hospital leadership to align digital solutions to clinical/operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account strategies and identify digital sales opportunities.
• Drive product utilization through customer education, onboarding, and training.
• Build relationships with surgeon thought leaders and support regional marketing initiatives.
