Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You’ll partner with CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and business owners across a range of companies from Fortune 100 to SMBs, delivering consultative guidance.

You’ll have daily goals, autonomy, a set Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and uncapped commissions, with training and opportunity to advance in a stable, respected tech company.

Qualifications

Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
Military experience builds teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality.
College degree is nice but not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

Grow Our Business While Growing Yours by closing sales and hitting targets.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients with targeted outreach to decision-makers.
Deepen Relationships across the ADP Family within existing accounts.
