Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a remote, contract role in the Retail sector. You will lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products in a high-volume environment, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and more to deliver outcomes that improve customer experiences and ROI.

Qualifications

Six or more years in product management or related role.
Experience guiding products from discovery through launch and optimization.
Experience with roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements and user stories.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives.
Identify customer and operational needs through research and data analysis.
Translate opportunities into requirements, features, and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations across the lifecycle.
Lead discovery, market research, and concept validation.
