You will translate business needs into clear requirements, prioritize the backlog, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver impactful digital products. Expect collaboration on go-to-market and post-launch optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Six or more years in product management, ownership, or related role.
• Proven experience managing digital products from discovery through launch.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlog, and writing requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using data and business metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and timelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and objectives.
• Identify needs through research, data, and stakeholder feedback.
• Own and prioritize backlog based on value, impact, and feasibility.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations.
• Lead discovery through market research and concept validation.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market with Marketing and Support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and improve usability and ROI.
