Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and optimization of digital products across a high-volume enterprise. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and more to deliver customer and associate value.

The role emphasizes a clear vision, discovery-to-launch delivery, and ongoing optimization with measurable outcomes. W2 hourly rate quoted; remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in product management or related role.
• Experience with digital product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Experience with roadmaps and backlog management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Balance customer needs with business priorities and timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable objectives.
• Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research and data.
• Translate opportunities into requirements, features, and user stories.
• Own and prioritize backlog based on value, impact, and effort.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations.
• Lead discovery including market research and interviews.
• Establish KPIs and evaluate performance, ROI.
• Coordinate launches with Marketing, Communications, Training, Support, and Operations.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance.
• Communicate progress and risks to teams and senior stakeholders.
• Stay informed on customer expectations and industry trends.
