Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a remote contract role to lead strategy, discovery, development, and optimization of digital products in a complex enterprise environment.

The role partners with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Marketing to deliver customer and associate value, set a clear vision, and guide products through discovery, development, launch, adoption, and optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Six or more years in product management or related role.
• Proven experience with digital products from discovery to launch.
• Knowledge of roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities and timelines.

Aufgaben

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and objectives.
• Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research and data.
• Translate needs into requirements, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and Operations across the lifecycle.
• Lead discovery with market research, interviews, and concept validation.
• Establish KPIs and use data to evaluate adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.
• Coordinate launches and go-to-market with Marketing and Support.
• Monitor post-launch performance and improve usability and value.
• Communicate progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholders.
