Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end workflow configuration changes and updates.
• Lead product development lifecycle for publishing systems.
• Oversee product backlogs and coordinate with Editorial Operations, Production, and Finance.
• Maintain system maintenance program with tests and quality checks.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and rollout of new features.
• Collaborate with Product team to measure usability and derive insights.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA Title II, and GDPR.
• Provide escalation triage support for publishing systems.
