Job summary

M+C Saatchi World Services is seeking a highly organized CMS Manager to oversee content management platforms, governance, and publishing workflows for federal programs. You will work with communications, UX, analytics, and technical teams to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and discoverability of content.

This hybrid role is preferred for candidates in the DMV region (DC, MD, VA) with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and drive platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
• Strong governance, metadata and information-architecture understanding.
• Experience coordinating across communications, content, UX, analytics and technical teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and content performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Administer and govern content management systems across digital programs.
• Oversee publishing workflows, approvals, and QA procedures.
• Support content authors, editors, and stakeholders on platform usage.
• Manage content inventories, taxonomies, and metadata structures.
• Coordinate updates, migrations, and publishing calendars across programs.
• Develop reports and dashboards on content operations and platform health.
