Job summary

You will ensure ADA compliance, accessibility testing, and platform consistency, while mentoring the QA/QC team and maintaining up-to-date standards. The role collaborates with authors, developers, and marketers to drive improvements and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience QA/QC in digital publishing and ADA compliance.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong attention to detail and copywriting.
• Ability to coordinate with marketing and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC for Digital Publishing team and set quality standards.
• Perform hands-on QA/QC for AEM content, forms, emails, landing pages, and microsites.
• Conduct ADA and cross-browser/device accessibility testing.
• Create QA documentation, checklists, and testing protocols.
• Provide feedback and training to team members to improve quality.
• Collaborate with authors, developers, and project managers to resolve issues.
• Stay current with ADA updates and train the team.
• Own and manage quality assurance.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance workflows.
• May assist with authoring tasks as needed.
