Market My Market is seeking a Digital PR Contractor to own media outreach end to end for legal, medical, and dental clients. You’ll find story angles, build targeted lists, write pitches, and land coverage, reporting to the Director of PR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in PR, digital PR, media relations, or journalism.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Run PR campaigns from brief through outreach, follow‑up, and results, managing daily tasks and timelines across multiple clients.
• Media Relationships & Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with reporters and editors, lead proactive outreach and follow‑up, and track reporter preferences and beats.
• Pitch Writing & Storytelling: Write pitches reporters actually open—tailored to outlet, angle, and moment.
• Reactive Media: Monitor the news cycle for opportunities relevant to clients and pitch reporters quickly with timely angles.
• Source Requests: Respond daily to journalist source requests on various platforms, matching the right client expert to queries.
• Thought Leadership & Expert Positioning: Identify angles to position clients as credible sources and brief the content team.
• Data‑Led Campaigns: Support campaigns by sourcing datasets and shaping angles around numbers.
• Media List Building & Targeting: Build refined media lists using tools and manual research.
• Reporting: Track coverage and outreach performance and report on what's working.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor coverage to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with content, Client Experience, and PR leadership to stay aligned.
