Single Grain is hiring a Digital PR Manager to secure 20-30+ placements each month in business, AI, and marketing outlets. You must already have established relationships with these publications and be able to pitch with proven results.

You will operate a repeatable, AI-assisted outreach system, maintain human judgment, and collaborate with SEO, content, and client teams to ensure placements reinforce broader goals. Fully remote, DOE.

Qualifications

• Existing relationships with business/AI/marketing publications.
• Ability to pitch founder and client stories with evidence and quotes.
• Demonstrated monthly placements and publication results.

Responsibilities

• Activate an existing media graph to earn 20-30+ placements per month.
• Package founder and client stories into pitchable angles with assets.
• Run personalized outreach at volume without spam and track metrics.
• Use AI to research, draft, personalize, and follow up while preserving human judgment.
• Coordinate with SEO/AEO, content, and client teams to reinforce goals.
• Report weekly: pitches sent, reply rate, placements landed, blockers.
• Document the system so another operator can run and improve it.
