Market My Market is hiring a Digital PR Contractor to own end-to-end media outreach for legal, medical, and dental clients. You’ll build targeted lists, craft pitches, and secure coverage, reporting to the Director of PR.

This is a remote contractor role with potential to grow into full-time based on performance and growth. Expect daily outreach, angle development, and collaboration with the content team to align campaigns with client goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in PR or digital PR with hands-on outreach.
• Proven placements and ability to articulate angles.
• Strong writing and ability to manage multiple campaigns under deadline.
• Comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Run PR campaigns from brief through outreach, follow‑up, and results.
• Media Relationships & Outreach: Build relationships with reporters and editors, track reporter preferences.
• Pitch Writing & Storytelling: Write pitches tailored to outlet, angle, and moment.
• Reactive Media: Monitor news for opportunities and pitch reporters quickly.
• Source Requests: Respond to journalist source requests on platforms.
• Thought Leadership & Expert Positioning: Identify angles and brief content team.
• Data‑Led Campaigns: Source datasets and shape angles around numbers.
• Media List Building & Targeting: Build media lists and sharpen targeting.
• Reporting: Track coverage, links, outreach performance, and insights.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor media coverage and gaps.
• Collaboration: Work with content, Client Experience, and PR leadership.
