You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership and manage end-to-end onboarding, CRM improvements, and data-driven analytics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in business development, sales strategy, or related field.
• Strong cross-functional communication with internal teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex data into insights.
• Team player with collaborative approach and customer focus.
• Interest in digital platforms, AI, and social commerce is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding of new accounts end-to-end, including market opportunities and cross-functional setup.
• Research prospective accounts and identify new leads and markets.
• Develop the new account pipeline and CRM improvements.
• Lead analytics projects to drive growth and decision making.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Support the team on special projects with evolving priorities.
