Job summary

Peak Credit Union is seeking a Virtual Delivery Onboarding Representative for a remote role open to candidates in WA or OR. You will open digital memberships, conduct proactive outreach, and identify opportunities for loans, deposits, and other services, supporting members who engage digitally or cannot visit branches.

Responsibilities include onboarding members, cross-selling financial products, and collaborating with Lending and Investments teams while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in customer service and sales within a financial services or retail environment.
• Experience working in a lending environment and opening new accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Opens new consumer and small business accounts through digital platforms, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Identifies lending opportunities for consumers and refers small business lending to the Virtual Delivery Officer.
• Conducts proactive outbound calls to engage members and indirect members.
• Onboards new and indirect members to digital accounts, assisting with setup and service needs.
• Cross-sells products and services aligned with members’ evolving financial needs and develops follow-up plans.
• Leverages digital tools to communicate via members’ preferred channels.
• Interviews members to maximize sales and service opportunities for loans, deposits, and other financial services.
• Communicates benefits of digital and traditional financial services, overcoming objections.
• Fosters long-term relationships with members through follow-up across channels to build future sales pipelines.
• Provides support to members who cannot visit a branch, facilitating digital account maintenance.
• Partners with Investments, Business Services, Insurance, and Lending to refer members appropriately.
• Ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations in all transactions.
• All other duties as assigned.
