Job summary

Peak Credit Union is seeking a senior growth leader to own the member-growth strategy across the full lifecycle. You will drive the roadmap across digital and offline channels, lead the growth marketing team, and partner with IT and product to launch campaigns and grow membership.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, full-funnel growth expertise, and a track record of managing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional programs in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of marketing experience with growth/demand/digital ownership.
• Experience reducing acquisition costs and increasing ROAS in B2C.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the annual member-growth strategy across the full lifecycle.
• Own growth marketing budget and optimize spend for ROI.
• Lead go-to-market for new products, features, rates and offers.
• Build lifecycle and trigger programs (onboarding, cross-sell, win-back).
• Define and report metrics (CAC, ROAS, share of wallet, new members).
