Job summary

Gray Media, Inc. is seeking a digital marketing sales professional for a remote role focused on the Chicago market. The ideal candidate will drive new business, consult with clients, and sell Gray Digital Media's suite of digital advertising products.

Responsibilities include building a strong book of business, presenting ROI-focused proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-tier campaigns. Travel to client calls in the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Energetic, self-motivated professional with a passion for new business development and digital marketing solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Strategic thinker with organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for in-person client calls in the Chicago region.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business across multiple industries in the Chicago metro and surrounding communities.
• Consult with business owners and marketing decision-makers to implement digital marketing strategies.
• Sell Gray Digital Media's digital advertising products (OTT/CTV, programmatic, SEO/SEM, email, social, etc.).
• Design and present custom marketing proposals that show measurable ROI.
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets and grow a regional book of business.
• Maintain client relationships through ongoing campaign reviews and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier client campaigns and stay current on industry trends.
