Qualifications

• Energetic, self-motivated professional with a passion for new business development and digital marketing solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills — consult confidently with business owners and marketing decision-makers.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strategic thinker with organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; experience with CRM/client management tools preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record; regular in-person client calls in Des Moines region expected.
• Prior experience in digital media sales or advertising is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business across multiple industries in the Des Moines metro and surrounding communities.
• Consult with business owners, marketing executives, and decision-makers to develop digital strategies.
• Sell Gray Digital Media's digital advertising products, including OTT/Streaming, Display, Email, Paid Social, YouTube, SEM & SEO.
• Design and present custom proposals and demonstrate ROI for clients.
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets, revenue goals, and budgets in the Des Moines region.
• Develop and grow client relationships through ongoing consultation and campaign reviews.
• Use client management tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and show ROI.
