Job summary

Builder Funnel is hiring a Strategist to lead data-driven digital marketing for 12-15 client accounts. You will design quarterly marketing plans, drive PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta ads, and report on performance with recommendations to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with an Account Manager, Paid Ads Strategist, and Writer to deliver client results; a strong focus on analytics, strategy, and client communication. Remote work across the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and optimizing PPC campaigns in Google Ads and Meta ads.
• Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and apply data insights for client success.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, including content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies that align with client goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present data-driven insights to clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• A passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies for a portfolio of 12-15 clients in partnership with an Account Manager, Specialist, and Writer in your team.
• Create and manage successful PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta ads to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Identify client objectives, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to build data-driven marketing plans.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results and present and share this with your clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ideate, pitch, and report on innovative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance weekly, ensuring efficient budget use and ongoing optimization.
• Manage and track client tasks, deadlines, and priorities through project management tools like Asana.
• Provide clear, strategic guidance to Specialists and Writers to ensure deliverables align with client goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve client performance.
