You will coordinate with clients and internal teams across SEO, PPC, social media, content, design, development, and analytics to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web development.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day digital marketing projects and campaigns from initiation through completion.
• Create project timelines, task lists, schedules, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content, design, development, and analytics.
• Assign and follow up on tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Coordinate client requirements, feedback, approvals, and revisions with relevant teams.
• Organize project meetings and maintain clear meeting notes and action items.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, campaign calendars, and trackers.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Client communication and reporting.
• Track project scope, priorities, dependencies, and changes.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
• Help identify process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Submitting report to clients on weekly/monthly basis
