Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, client services, account management, analytics, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships, projects, or accounts simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines including SEO, paid search, and social advertising.
• Working knowledge of GA4, with an interest in developing deeper expertise in digital analytics and website optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Digital Marketing Services clients across SEO, PPC, and Social Advertising.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day client experience and delivery of services.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Lead client meetings, establish objectives, document next steps, and ensure follow-through.
• Maintain awareness of client goals, campaigns, and priorities to keep services aligned with needs.
