Job summary

Plumber Marketing USA, a division of WSI Priority Media, is seeking an Account Coordinator who loves social media, AI-powered content, and branding. You will manage a diverse client portfolio including PPC, LSA, and SEO accounts while keeping timelines and quality. This role is fully remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing or account management role.
• Genuine interest in social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Comfortable leading video calls and phone conversations with clients.
• Ability to analyze and communicate marketing performance data (SEO, PPC, ROI, social metrics).
• Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn Slack, ClickUp, Go High Level, Zoom, Google Ads, Agency Analytics, WhatConverts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment with minimal hand-holding.
• Willingness to complete a Kolbe A Index assessment as part of our hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients into our AI-powered branding program and set clear expectations for their content journey.
• Coordinate content approvals between clients and our internal production team to keep weekly publishing on schedule.
• Oversee social media platform distribution to ensure content goes live consistently across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ questions, feedback, and updates related to their branding program.
• Manage an existing portfolio of PPC, LSA, and SEO clients with the same level of care and proactive communication.
• Review and quality-check performance reports in coordination with internal SEO and Ads teams before client delivery.
• Lead monthly report review meetings and keep clients informed on performance, spend, and strategy.
• Manage and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution across internal teams.
• Respond to client messages within 3 business hours, handle inbound calls promptly, and manage the shared support inbox daily.
• Complete a daily end-of-day task review and submit a recap of key actions and outstanding needs.
