Qualifications

• Five years of experience in digital marketing or digital product management or demonstrated knowledge through coursework or work experience in digital product management and technology support.

Responsibilities

• Define the upsell opportunity map across the SMB platform, signal purchase-readiness, map upgrade paths, and identify friction.
• Design and ship in-product experiences—insights, nudges, and contextual prompts—that drive awareness and purchase intent without degrading core product.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize and ship upsell surface areas, using data to support briefs and maintain delivery focus.
