Job summary

East West Tea is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role is remote to be based in the Pacific Northwest: Oregon, Washington or Idaho, with responsibility for driving digital growth across paid media, social, search, email, and lifecycle channels.

You will own media strategy, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with contractors, platform reps, and cross-functional partners to improve ROAS and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong marketing foundation.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, paid media, email/CRM or ecommerce.
• 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Hands-on paid social and Google Ads with measurable goals.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with email platforms, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
• CPG/food/beverage familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across social, Google Ads and other channels.
• Plan media investments with budgets, tests, and timely delivery.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize targeting, bidding, and creative.
• Own email marketing strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle programs.
• Build retention programs, automated flows, and loyalty initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, ecommerce, and data teams.
• Track and report key metrics like CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
• Lead A/B testing and cross-channel campaign execution.
• Coordinate digital media, email, content, and promotions with partners.
