Job summary

Ecentria is seeking a growth-oriented digital marketing professional to own marketing campaigns from concept to launch, collaborating with teams across the company to bring campaigns to life.

This role supports a wide range of campaigns across engaging outdoor and lifestyle products, with a focus on driving promotions, customer engagement, and sales. It is fully remote and benefits-eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
• Experience leveraging AI tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels, esp. Email Marketing.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sporting_goods/outdoor industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the multi-channel marketing calendar to align with seasonality and corporate goals.
• Lead cross-team initiatives to launch marketing campaigns; coordinating timelines, assets, and approvals with stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage and QA campaign deliverables to ensure quality before launch.
• Analyze campaign and promotional KPI’s to identify strategic opportunities and present findings clearly to leadership.
• Design and execute promotional tests (offer types, timing, channel mix) to understand impact on KPI’s and document insights to inform future strategy.
• Maintain documented SOPs and SLAs for key team processes.
• Mentor specialists and support their development on project management and marketing strategy.
• Communicate upcoming campaigns to ensure alignment throughout the company.
