the company is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager for the APJ region, operating in a remote-first setup.

You will drive demand creation for CPaaS, collaborating with Campaign Management, Product Marketing and regional teams to optimize digital channels and accelerate pipeline growth across direct sales and self-serve motions. This role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration and global alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
5–8 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B or Technology.
Strong understanding of digital channels and tools: SEM, SEO, paid media, social, email, programmatic.
Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM/marketing automation platforms (GA-4, Marketo, Salesforce).
Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and copy-editing skills in English.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the digital strategy to amplify campaigns across regions.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (search, display, email, social, programmatic, SEO).
Collaborate with Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Campaign teams to align on regional goals.
Track KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
Lead regional demand creation and scale the hub with a focus on ROI.
