Job summary

CPI Card Group is seeking a Finance Manager to act as the primary finance partner for the Digital business and IPT segment. The role supports leaders developing, launching, and scaling digital products and services, translating data into actionable insights and decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience in tech, SaaS, fintech, or high‑growth digital environments, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Entrepreneurial, growth‑oriented finance experience supporting payments, SaaS, fintech, digital products, software, or other high‑growth tech businesses.
• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business partnering experience.
• Experience building financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, performance reporting, and ROI analyses.
• Ability to partner with leaders to drive growth, improve performance, and support data‑driven decisions.
• MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Finance partner for the Digital business, providing decision support to product development, sales, and operations.
• Build and maintain financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and dashboards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, initiative tracking, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate new product initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting, including drivers, outlook, risks, and actions.
• Prepare financial materials for earnings releases, Board meetings, and executive reviews.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide primary finance support for Digital with potential cross‑segment coordination.
