Job summary

CPI Card Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Finance Manager to partner with the Digital business and IPT segment, guiding product development, pricing, and performance analysis. You will build models, dashboards, and business cases to inform decisions and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business partnering experience.
• Experience building financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, performance reporting, and ROI analyses.
• Ability to partner with leaders to drive growth, improve performance, and support data-driven decisions.
• MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance partner for the Digital business and IPT segment, supporting product development and commercialization.
• Build and maintain financial models, pricing analyses, and dashboards to evaluate trends and risks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, initiative tracking, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new product initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Support monthly/quarterly management reporting and executive materials.
