Job summary

CPI Card Group is seeking a Finance Manager to act as the primary finance partner for the Digital business and IPT segment. You will shape decisions, build robust financial models, and support growth opportunities. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, partnering with product, sales, and operations while delivering executive-ready analyses.

Requires 5+ years in FP&A and a growth mindset; Hyperion/PBCS helpful. Fully remote US work possible; MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business partnering roles.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented finance experience supporting payments, SaaS, fintech, digital products, software, or other high-growth tech-enabled businesses.
• Demonstrated experience building financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, performance reporting, and investment return analyses.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders to evaluate growth opportunities, improve performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance business partner for the Digital business, providing decision support to product development, sales, implementation, and operational leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models, business cases, pricing analyses, and dashboards to evaluate trends, opportunities and risks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, initiative tracking, and variance analysis for Digital and IPT segments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new product initiatives and monitor performance.
• Support monthly/quarterly management reporting with commentary on drivers, outlook, risks, and actions.
• Develop financial materials for earnings releases and executive reviews; handle ad hoc analyses.
