Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) seeks a CFO Services Manager, Digital Finance to drive transformation across portfolio companies, leveraging RPA, predictive forecasting, and analytics to improve transparency and EBITDA.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, strong financial modeling, and experience building digital finance tools for large public corporations or PE-owned portfolio companies; CPA/CFA/MBA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college/university with concentration in accounting, finance, or economics preferred but not required.
• Experience in Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• 8+ years of experience related to Accounting/Finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking or private equity.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop hypotheses and guide client interviews to gather relevant data.
• Lead project components with multiple service lines and manage smaller projects independently.
• Demonstrate leadership in applying industry knowledge and driving change management.
• Identify business drivers, build actionable conclusions, and ensure timely execution.
