Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for diverse digital projects.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with clients and teams.
• Develop timelines and budgets; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Allocate resources across producers, designers, developers, QA, and external partners.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
