Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director/Digital Producer to lead digital production engagements and partner with creative, account, media, and project management teams. The role oversees master asset production, local adaptation, and transcreation for display, OOH, OLV, and social channels.

The candidate should have 7–9 years in account management or digital production, with strong leadership, client-facing skills, and a passion for emerging technologies (XR, AI).

Formación

• Four-year degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 7–9 years as an account manager and/or digital producer with creative production/agency expertise.
• Full command of all aspects of digital production, with interest in emerging technologies (XR, experiential, digital media, social media).

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with the agency and client as a trusted partner on digital opportunities and projects.
• Define and map the elements and phases of digital production, including roles, workflow, timing, quality control, archiving, and trafficking.
• Improve team communication and develop processes for better collaboration.
• Serve as the conduit between creative and production/technology; coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.
• Organize all project requests/assets; ensure ADIDs and proper usage/talent management with BA team.
• Introduce new technologies to elevate digital work, including AI-driven optimization and virtual production.
• Demonstrate value through wins, best practices, and new opportunities; support PM on workload and delivery.
• Lead meetings with brand/agency leaders and assist with new business opportunities.
