Job summary

Digitas North America seeks an Associate Director/Digital Producer to lead digital-based production across creative, account, media and project management teams. You will oversee master asset production, localization, and transcreation for display, digital OOH, OLV and social channels.

You’ll build strong client relationships, define production phases, and drive innovative workflows, including AI-driven optimization and dynamic production.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Seven to nine years in account management or digital production.
• Full command of digital production and emerging technologies.
• Leadership, client-facing skills, and proactive problem solving.
• Knowledge of XR, experiential, social media and digital production.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the agency and client and act as trusted partner.
• Define digital production elements, workflows, timing and quality control.
• Improve team communication and optimize collaboration processes.
• Serve as liaison between creative and production/tech and manage stakeholders.
• Organize requests/assets, ensure ADIDs, manage usage and talent.
• Introduce new technologies to elevate digital work and workflows.
• Demonstrate value by sharing wins, best practices, and opportunities.
• Support PMs in workload and project management.
• Lead meetings with brand/agency leaders through planning to delivery.
• Assist with agency's new business opportunities when possible.
